After the treatment is complete, your cheeks may feel a little sore because of the injection. Any minor bruising, tenderness, or inflammation will come down in a few hours. Don’t move your face too much or touch your cheeks for the first 24 hours. This will ensure that the filler will settle in place and not migrate to a new place and ruin your new cheeks.
The augmentation results of the cheek fillers typically last between 1 year (Restylane Lyft) and 2 years (Juvéderm Voluma XC & Sculptra).
